1.
Lines of concern etched in the wizened visage of the crone. Beholding the plight of a tortured creation. Shuddering at the “demise” of her beloved Lady while clutching her demonic familiar. Hatred’s blaze behind those eyes, seeking fruitlessly to scorch the robes of the Ancient of Days. Oh that she would know the truth. God made man walked the earth He created only to be scorned, despised and crucified. Wary of the most important life: that beyond the cursed grave. Owns creation, loves what He created, died for him made but a step lower than angels. Heaven and earth will be destroyed by fire. The crone need not weep. Fires extinguished, she gazes longingly skyward with the hopeful remnant.

gods 05:11
Irreligious. Refusal of worship nothing more than a self lie. You bow. You adore. You give thanks. You praise. But what you worship will soon pass away. Whether wealth, health, creation or pleasure. Only One endures. Only One is worthy of praise. Which of your meager possessions died for your sins? Only Him. His unconditional love for those who think they don’t worship a thing. Worship Him.
3.
Shroud 08:08
As winds swirl the dead remnants of once-green leaves, whispering of winter’s approach, children don the shrouds of costume to plunder in a joyful raid. The crone welcomes her newest year. She raises her goblet in honor of the horned god who comes to take the crown. The veil between the realm of living and dead is thin. Passable. The witch prepares a ghastly welcome. The 31st. A monk of old beset by the lifeless, murderous eyes of legions of dead. Beastly fiends who have cloaked the Ancient of Days in a terrifying shroud. Through scriptural power he tears it away. The Way will be shown. The Truth will be known. The Life will be sown.

Be it harm none, do what thou wilt. Credo of entanglement. Enslavement cleverly disguised as freedom. Live on this side of the grave as you wish. Think thusly. Believe…or don’t. One law only: Steer clear of the Way. This Way is the Truth and the Life. Jesus. Don’t you dare be wrangled by the narrow-minded freedom of exclusivity. I’m right. So are you. But tell me I’m wrong and the only one who’s wrong is you. How dare there be a single God. How dare there be a hell. How dare a deity subject his only Son to hell on my behalf. How dare only a god can save a “god.” How dare I be saved by grace. My creed accepts everyone. Will it accept me? Forever?

Waters of life empowered by the Word. Lambs being brought into the fold. The most tender branches grafted into the life-giving Vine. Granted faith…equipped for battle. Following Christ with a cross-laden back even before the ability to walk. Stumbling…yet unwavering. The infernal eyes of the Shepherd glaring off those who stalk in diabolical hunger. The little warrior’s ears perk up at the voice of the Shepherd. He marches into battle armed with the sling of truth and the disarming stones of his smile. With his tiny hand in that of the Savior’s, Goliaths will fall. Gates will crumble. The kingdom will come.
7.
Haunting curiosity, exploring the known locations. Face to face with a specter of the past. So you think. As a body can be possessed by an agent of hell, so too can a place. “Believers” deceived. Believers be warned. The ghost you hunt is really hunting you. A demon so damned shrieking for you to join them in the lake. It has been appointed once for a man to die and then to face the Christ. He died for the “believers.” He rose from the grave of your fascination. Your hunting sins sunk in the depths of the sea. Terror need not grip you any more.
